He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Allen (Jeff), Jennifer (Jenni), Amanda (Cox), Matthew Phillip (Matt), Melissa (Lissa) and Rose; his grandchildren, Dakota Dee, Austin Lynn Faulkner (Melissa), Caleb Timothy Johnson (Jeff) and Melissa; and his stepgrandchildren, Kelie Dawn Adams-Penrod, Charles James Adams (Charlie), Anthony James Penrod and Edward James Penrod.
