He is survived by: his great-grandparent Steve Henderson; his parents, Reed Madsen Butler and Betty Merle Jarvis; his siblings, Barry Henderson (Marcia) and Paulette Lewis (Scott); and his children, Debbie Green (Jim), Scott Henderson (Cindy) and Gina Winger (Gary). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.
