He was predeceased by: his parents, Merlin Deloy and Martha Catherine Bishop Christensen; his brothers, Ken Deloy and Don Merlin Christensen; and his brother-in-law Gary Roper.

He is survived by: his former wife Monica Cox; his children, Sydnee Nicole and Nicholas Scott Christensen; and his siblings, Shirley Roper, Ray Christensen (Rinda), Kay Christensen (Linda), Marilyn Oliver, Ann Schmid (Hal) and Jerry Christensen (Christina).
