He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Moulton and Laura Katherine Moulton; and his brother Merrill Moulton. He is survived by: his wife Amy (Blundell); his children, Emily Leonard (Tyler), Trent Moulton (Elisa) and Amanda Hamilton (Neal); and his grandchildren, Mason, Bryce, Cameron, Hyrum, Gaius, Alexis, Eliza, Baylie, Elizabeth and Haley.

Jim battled with Alzheimer's disease, yet never complained and bore the effects of the disease with grace and dignity.
