He was predeceased by: his parents, Lavell Leishman and Connie Leishman; and his wife Janet Anderson. He is survived by: his children, Brandy (Lucus Bankhead) and Kelly (Melody); his siblings, Pam (Joe Dahl), Susan (Tom Jensen), Jeff (Lynn), Kevin (Margie), Kendall (Janey) and Brian Leishman; and his grandchildren, Cannon Olsen, Presley Olsen and Kennadi Bankhead. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, siblings and friends.
