Haslam August (Debbie); his sons, Jeffery Haslam (Donna) and Joey Haslam; his grandchildren, Josie, Dillon, Katelyn, Rhett and Gracie; his siblings, Jerry Haslam, Ranae Palen and Shirlene Bailey; and his mother-in-law Connie Haslam.
