He is survived by: his spouse Shirlene Tracy Haslam; his children, Tracy Bailey (Deb), Gay Ann Henson, Ruth Boehme (Bob), Debbie Maughan (Perry) and John Bailey; and his siblings, Don Bailey, Karen Dickerson, Olive Tracy and Becky Bailey.
