He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Archibald and Mathilda "Tilly" Archibald; his brothers, Alan Archibald and Clair; his children, Robert, Lena, Keith, Wendy, Daniel and Suzanne; and his stepchildren, Walter and Carol. He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
