He was predeceased by: his parents, John Franklin Pinegar and Grace Murl Ellis Pinegar; his daughter Mary Jane Halterman; his grandchildren, Justin and Sierra; and his daughter-in-law Maureen Pinegar. He is also survived by great grandchildren, two sisters-in-law, and many nieces and nephews.
