He was predeceased by: his parents, Orson M. Powell and Maud Edna Quinn of Wellington, Utah.; his siblings, Edna Rich, Richard Powell, Maxine Peterson, Mary Oliver and LaRae Clark; and his sibling-in-law Cleo Powell (Eugene).
He is survived by: his significant other Gayla Powell; his children, Brian Powell (Julie), Jeff Powell (Amanda), Aaron Powell (Taryn), Jonathan Powell (Christa) and Melanie Day (Roy); his grandchildren, Jayden, Sariah, Hannah, Emily, Haylie, Brayden, Braxton, Ashley, Carter, Taylor, Chris, Camden, Carson Hunter, Madison, Enzley and McKayla; his children, Lincoln and Hallie; his siblings, Ella Dean Carleton (Newton), Linda Jewkes (Robert) and Eugene Powell; and his caregivers, Rick, Brock and Kara.
