He is survived by: his uncle Bobby Ray Duckworth Jr.; his parents, Bobby Ray Duckworth Sr. and Carolyn Curtis Bettfreund; his siblings, Walker Bettfreund of Richfield, Kameron Bettfreund of Richfield, Kyle Bettfreund of Richfield, Bill Duckworth, Blake Duckworth of Glendale, Arizona, Alexis Bettfreund, Lori Duckworth of Glendale, Arizona, Cecilia Duckworth, Cara Duckworth, Cotrese Duckworth, Shanelle Redding of South Jordan and Shantell Redding of Murray; and his grandparents, Max Curtis of Sierra Vista, Arizona, Linda and John Thompson of Cleveland, Ohio. He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
