She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey W. Williams and Reita Georgeson Williams; her brother Wayne G. Williams; and her sister-in-law Belinda Williams. She is survived by: her former husband Michael V. O'Neil; her children, Sheila (Jeff Keele), Diana (John Penrod), Leigh (Cody Mecham), J. R. (Debbie O'Neil) and J. C. O'Neil; her grandchildren, Jessica Penrod, Kodi Penrod, Randi Staniforth (Ryker), Rikki Rhodes, Gavin Mecham, Kreed Keele, Krey Keele, Kamlyn Keele, Alex Thayn, Dallen O'Neil, Danner O'Neil, Mikaila Shiner (Cameron), Jerra O'Neil and Riter O'Neil; her great grandchildren, Jaidan Lucero and RaeLeigh Staniforth; her brothers, Mark G. Williams and Brent Williams (Janie); and her sister-in-law Ellen Williams.
