He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Burkett and Phyllis Burkett; and his son Ryan Burkett. He is survived by: his children, Billi Throckmorton (Eric) of Waverly, OH, Brittany and Nick Burkett (Tammy); and his brother Paul (Betty). He is also survived by 5 nieces and 4 nephews.
