He is survived by: his wife Anita; his children, Tom Lindsay, Janie Shackleford (Scott) and Joe Lindsay (Stacy); his sister Marjorie Taylor (Charlie); and his stepchildren, Kurtis Freeze (Lisa), Kent Freeze (Christine) and Brad Freeze.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the General Mission Fund of the Church.
