He is survived by: his sister Ecce Leavitt of Peoria, AZ; his children, Michelle Esauk Longtine of Las Vegas, NV, Stephen Blake Esauk Jr. of Noxon, Montana and Brandon Lyle Esauk of Washington, UT; his grandson Alec Lyle Esauk; and his significant other Mother Carol VaLoy Esauk. He is also survived by four grandchildren, three great grandchildren.
