She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Hainzer and Anna Hainzer (Schernthaner); her husband John Sakal; her siblings, Frank, Joseph Hainzer, Theresa Pekilidi, Frances Fletcher and Rose Sakal; and her son-in-law Thomas Gutierrez.
She is survived by: her children, John of Latrobe, Carl of Lolita, CA and Diane Sakal Gutierrez of St. George, Utah..
