He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lee Biggs (Maxine) and Maxine Biggs of Virginia; his sister Maren Jensen; his wife Patricia Ann Biggs; his brother John Phillip Biggs (Ruth); his daughter Paula Jarvis (Hershel); and his stepchildren, Teresa Torgerson and Tony Knight. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
