She was predeceased by: her husband Everett Reed Lowe; her daughter Carolyn Rice; and her parents, Reed Carter and Severena Carter. She is survived by: her children, Dennis Lowe (Stephanie), Richard Lowe (MaryAnna), Michelle Pollchik (Ben) and Lori Summers (Gary); and her son-in-law John Rice.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM at the Utah Stake Developmental Ward (835 N 900 E, American Fork, UT 84003). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Washington City Cemetery (300 N 300 E, Washington, UT 84780).
