She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Stevens and Ellen Stevens (Kolderup); her siblings, Donald, Jack, Sue and Ellen; and her nephew Bradley.
She is survived by: her husband Jim of Mountain, WI; her children, Mark Bartz of San Francisco, CA and Pam Temple (Phil) of Plover, WI; her grandchildren, Ash Russell (Kevin) of Plover, WI and Tyler Temple (Carmel); her sister Debrah Carroll of Green Bay, WI; and her brother-in-law Richard Urban (Carolyn) of Santa Ynez, CA.
