He was predeceased by: his cousin Randy Hafen (Riley Staples). He is survived by: his parents, Terry Hafen and Penny Hafen; his children, Jorden Stewart (Tavish), Treyton Rice (Victoria), Jazmen Hafen (Trace) and Izayah Hafen (Trinity); his grandchildren, Lux Stewart, Lennox Stewart, Oaklynn Shepardson and Brexlee Shepardson; and his sisters, Tamalyn Marsh (Ben), Lorey Beard (Eric) and Christie Ahlstrom (Kortney). He is also survived by his family, friends, coworkers.
