She was predeceased by: her mother Leila Barber Sullivan; her husband Jay Webb; her father Hal Sullivan; her brother Clark Sullivan; and her brother-in-law Scott Wells.
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer, Jayson, Jayne and Jarrett; her sister-in-law Sheryl Sullivan (late Clark); her siblings, Jillyn Reber (Randy) and Bruce Sullivan (Gaye); and also, Jennifer and Jayson. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
