We are sad to announce that on October 8, 2020, at the age of 92, Grace Virginia Simpson of Washington, Utah passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Oscar Foley and Anna May Ross Foley; her husband Bobby Simpson of Washington, UT; her daughter Phyllis S. Cook (Ed) of Washington, UT; her grandchildren, Mark E. Cook of St. George, UT and Michelle Cook Brown (Cy) of Phoenix, AZ; her great grandchildren, Conrad, Carson Brown and Bonus; her grandson Johnny Wilson of Las Vegas, NV; her siblings, F. C., Manford Foley of Lancaster, KY, Augustine Foley Hall (Steen) and Hazel Foley Gill; her half-sister Mary Edith Foley Massingale; her brothers, WJ (Bill), Edward and James Russell (Pete); and her half-brother Herbert Foley Be. She was also cherished by many other nieces and nephews.
