He is survived by: his significant other Ina Lynne Tolman; his wife Ina Thompson of Washington, UT; and his children, James Thompson (Teresa) of Granger, IN, Jennifer Cameron (John) of Blackfoot, ID, Michael Thompson (Kristen) of Washington, UT and Scott Thompson (Michelle) of Scottsdale, AZ.
