He was predeceased by: his wife Karen Smith; and his child Casey Stone. He is survived by: his children, Ricky Smith (Sophia Acle), Wendy Kleeb (Timm), Robert Fink (Marie) and Tami Masters (Michael Landon); and his sister Jeanne Amato. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Leavitt's Mortuary & Aultorest Memorial Park (836 36th St, Ogden, UT 84403). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
