He was predeceased by: his parents, John Robert Lafever and Bertha Ann Williams; his wife Betty Joan Lafevers; his daughter Tae Campbell; and his grandsons, Yohan Choi, Aric Campbell and Ryan Campbell.

He is survived by: his daughters, Diann L Choi (Doug) of Washougal, Laural A Marler (Scott) of Knoxville and Crystal J Schwalger (Clarence) of Washington; and his sister Maxine Mayberry. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 37 Great-Grandchildren.
