He was predeceased by: his parents, Merlin Samuel Horne and Greta Bernice Howard; and his brothers, Leland and Brent Horne. He is survived by: his wife Janice C. Horne; and his children, Shelley Whittle (Jeff) of Las Vegas, NV, Christopher Horne (Jennifer) of Ivins, UT, Leslie Bodnar (Tim) of Las Vegas, NV and Denise Ford (Troy) of St. George, UT. He is also survived by 18 grandkids and 8 great-grandchildren.
