Cailey Ann Tullis Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cailey Ann Tullis of Washington, Utah, born in Salt Lake City, Utah, who passed away on February 4, 2024, at the age of 18, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Marla Tullis and Jared Tullis of Washington City; her siblings, Jayden, Rylee, Lexi and Kynlee; and her grandparents, Kathy Tullis, Howard Tullis, Sam Rogers and Sheila Miller. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
We'd like to thank the staff of DonorConnect who were able to grant Cailey's final wishes of saving lives via organ donation. We'd like to thank all our family, our friends, and acquaintances who called, donated time, money, meals and just love.
