We are sad to announce that on June 22, 2018, at the age of 83, Patricia Leavitt (Washington Terrace, Utah), born in Willard, Utah passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Patricia Leavitt to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jens Lang Simonsen and Ione Russell; her stepmother Irene Simonsen; her husband Rod Leavitt; her sons-in-law, Terry Wilmot and Welsey Jensen; and her brothers, Larry Simonsen and Russell Simonsen.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Wilmot of Washington Terrace, Ron McCoy (Terri) of Ogden, Dave McCoy (Lori) of Roy, Jeanine West (Danny) of Farr West, Terri Jensen of Washington Terrace and Tony Mosher of Roy; and her brothers, Dennis Simonsen (Beth) of Clinton, Charles Simonsen (Marco) of California, Karlene Tingey (Alan) of Willard and Jerene Burbank (Troy) of Willard. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
