He is survived by: his wife Doris Heaps; his former wife Sheryl Trimble; his daughters, Laurie Peterson (Brad) and Connie Jensen (Craig); his daughter-in-law Denice Gunderson (late Steven); his grandchildren, Nicole Nixon (Rob), Cody Jensen (Nicole), Chase Jensen (Morgan), Brittney Smith (Bryton), Chantel Redd (Clint), Samantha Merrison (Arthur), Steven J. Gunderson and Sydney Gunderson; his siblings, Don Gunderson (late Pat), Robert Gunderson (Phyllis), Ellen Thomson (James), Debbie Johnson (Lynn) and Roland Brett Gunderson (Heidi); and his caregivers, Tammy and MaryAnn. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
