It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Thain (Wallsburg, Utah), born in Ogden, Utah, who passed away on March 25, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Jae and Claire Billings Thain; and his daughter-in-law Dorothee. He is survived by: his former wife Jeanene Nielson; his wife Janis of Stansbury Park; his children, Matthew (Maritza), Rachael Mizera (Brandon), Christina McConkie (Rob), Rose and Tryston; his siblings, Michelle Bliss (Jim) of Layton and Steve (Channing) of Taylorsville; and his stepsons, Nicholas (Nikki), Cody (Dorothee) and Trent. He is also survived by several grandchildren and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

He finally succumbed to Early Onset Alzheimer's on March 25, 2021.
