It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Hixson Hortin (Wallsburg, Utah), born in Wanship, Utah, who passed away on January 13, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Charles Hortin and Hazel Jane Hixson; and his siblings, Loraine (Vern) and Chuck (Diane). He is survived by: his spouse Mavis Ann Ford; his children, Rohn Ford (Audrey), Leslie Ann Smith (Roy) and Jay D. (Heidi); and his brother John (Cleon). He is also survived by his wife and children, ten grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren.
