She was predeceased by: her daughter Carolyn; her grandson Nicholas Barker; and her siblings, Jane Gardner and Glenn Picking. She is survived by: her children, Dixie Spenser (Brent) of Vernal, UT, Boyd Bigelow (Pam) of Elsinore, UT, Darell Bigelow (Chris) of Wallsburg, UT, Carolee Jenson (Tom) of Monroe, UT, Linda Peterson (Mark) of Tonopah, NV, Angela Atkinson (Chuck) of Heber, UT and Betty Gaye Blazek (Bud) of Tonopah, NV; and her siblings, Frank Gappmayer, Lois Gardner, Carol Swenson, Bob Gappmayer (Vicki) and Ella Berg (Kent). She is also survived by children, 72 great-grandchildren, 2 great great-grandchildren.
