It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Low (Virgin, Utah), born in Merced, California, who passed away on July 12, 2018, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father John Dotson; and her daughter Debra Low. She is survived by: her husband Royce Low; her children, Royce Low Jr. (Becky), Jimmy Low (Darla), Stephen Low Moses, Terry Low Moses (Christy) and Tabitha Low (Jesse); and her brother John Dotson Jr. of Moses Lake. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren.
