He is survived by: his parents, Brady Brooke and Rebecca Brooke of Hurricane, UT; his children, Kloe Brooke, Charlie Spendlove, Bentley Brooke and Micha Lee; and his sisters, Krystal Brooke Ashley of Hurricane, UT and Tonya Brooke Sinter (Greg) of Lander, TX.. He is also survived by his family and many friends.
