She was predeceased by: her parents, William Kirby Allen and Rhoda Olive Harding; her husband Kenneth Dean McMillan; and her siblings, Kenneth Allen, Neola Hallows, Jesse Allen, Eva Gray Halladay, Shirley Allen, June Nelson and Ron Allen (Dwayne Carlos Lowry).
She is survived by: her children, Steven Lowry (Janell) of Orem, Utah, Terry Lowry (Wendy Mendez) of Huntington Beach, California, Cathy Starr (Kevin) of Simsbury, Connecticut, Doug Lowry (Donna) of North Augusta and Shari Wells (Kyle) of Gilbert, Arizona; her stepchildren, Carl McMillan (Linda) of Pleasant Grove, Utah, Jerry McMillan of Hurst, Texas, Cristie Berg (John Michael) of Highland, Utah and Mike McMillan (Sharon) of Lindon, Utah; her sister Carol Gollinger (Pat); and her siblings-in-law, Pat Allen (Ron), Glen Nelson (June) and Bill Harris (AnnaRose McMillan). She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
