He was predeceased by: his parents, Doyle Robert Osen and Audrey Margaret Neises (Mickey). He is survived by: his siblings, Alan Osen, Shawn Osen and Julie Osen; his wife Cindy Birkle; his daughters, Erica Osen and Erin Hagenston; his stepchildren, Stacey Powell, Erick Hill and Kristen Richens; and his brother Steve Osen. He is also survived by his many grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at the Dinaland Golf Course (675 S 2000 E, Vernal, UT 84078).
