Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 10:45 AM to 11:45 AM at the Ashley Valley Funeral Home (410 800 W St, Vernal, UT 84078). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 1:45 PM at the Jensen Cemetery (5200 9000 E St, Jensen, UT 84035).
