With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sheila Jane Belcher of Vernal, Utah, born in Los Angeles, California, who passed away on December 16, 2023 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernie Spruell and Thelma Spruell; and her sister Holly Walker. She is survived by: her half-brother Bernard Spruell (Jane); her children, Shellie (Daren Anderson), Cassie (Derrik Tollefson), Connie (Mike Larsen), Marcie (Jordan Ison) and Allan (Kassie Bennett); and her husband Curg W. Belcher. She is also survived by her five children, 16 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren as well as a half brother and spouse.
