He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Jacob and Margaret Francke; his brother Ronald; and his niece Kimberly. He is survived by: his children, Shawn Francke (Carrie) of Vernal, Utah, Christi Jenkins (Mike) of Rock Springs, Wyoming and Michelle Francke-Mackay (Megan) of Vernal, Utah; and his siblings, Roger Neal Francke and Sandra Valeska Francke-Carrillo. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
