He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Slaugh and Birdie Slaugh. He is survived by: his wife Rayma Slaugh; his children, Lisa Ann Slaugh and Lee Slaugh (Karla); and his grandchildren, Brooke Dimick, Brandi Clapper (Jesse), Tyler Chivers (Kenned), Dustin Slaugh (Dulcey), Brittni Holmes (Jarod) and Kimesha McConkie (Morgan).
Viewing was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Maeser Stake Center (2745 1000 N St, Vernal, UT 84078). A burial was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM at the Maeser Fairview Cemetery (300 S 3500 W, Vernal, UT 84078).
