He is survived by: his wife Sherrie Harvey; his children, Malachi and Jeannie; his sister-in-law Kara Jeffers; his niece Eternity Clement; his son Nathaniel Joe Harvey (Arizona); his siblings, Lorene Munozz, Jeannie Mitchell, John Harvey and Frank Harvey; his nephews, Michael and Daniel Munozz; and his niece Mandy.
