He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Wayne Hollebeke Sr. and Norma Mae Hollebeke; and his sister Debbie Hollebeke of Greenbelt, MD.. He is survived by: his wife Karin Hollebeke; his children, Jacqueline White of Mexico, MO and Rick Hollebeke of Lawton, OK; and his sister Doris Rigney of La Mesa. He is also survived by four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ashley Valley Funeral Home (410 800 W St, Vernal, UT 84078).
