She was predeceased by: her parents, Karma Elliott Smuin and Keith Horace Smuin; her siblings, Diane Henline and Keith Smuin Jr.; and her brother-in-law Gary Bascom.
She is survived by: her siblings, LaVon Bascom, Kathy Willard (Charles) and Caroline Mabey (Mark); her brother-in-law Dennis Henline; and her pet Dolly. She is also survived by many aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, beloved friends.
