He was predeceased by: his parents, Nila Murray and Macks Murray; his stepmother Jerrie Murray; his parents-in-law, Glen and Toni Reynolds; and his siblings-in-law, Lee Broadbent and JoAnn Zipprich.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Murray; his sons, Glen Murray (Sheri) and Shane Murray; his sister Marlene Holden (Darwin); his grandchildren, Lacey Murray, Jordan Murray (Daisen) and Kaylee Laing (Blake); and his great grandchildren, Macks Laing and Braylie Murray.
