With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kathy Jo Quinto of Vernal, Utah, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 4, 2024 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Nita Powell (Slaugh) and Charles Kelly Powell; her stepmother Coleen; her sisters, Diane and Doris Jean; and her niece Brenda.

She is survived by: her husband Jose Quinto; and her children, Jennifer (Eric), Spencer (Malinda), Yvonia (Nathan), Kemish, Vanessa (Brian) and Ruth. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren.
