She was predeceased by: her parents, Keith Horace Smuin and Karma Smuin (Elliot); her husband Gary Lee Bascom; her children, Marsha Bascom and Kirt Ray Bascom; and her sisters, Diane Henline (Dennis) and LaRue Smuin.

She is survived by: her children, Michelle McClelland (Joey), Steve Bascom (Karen) and Tracey Navanick; her sisters, Kathy Willard (Charles) and Caroline Maybe (Mark); and her grandchildren, Dillon, Casey, Chad, Melissa, Rylee, Brittnie and Matthew.
