Though Jeremy may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his father Victor Keith Mackay. He is survived by: his mother Debra Ann Mackay of Price, Utah; his son Cameron Mackay of Vernal; his siblings, Heath R. Burchinal (Kristie) of St. George, Jordan Taylor Mackay of Logan, Utah and Heather Lei Burchinal Ellis (Roger) of Perry; his partner's child Camerons; and his half-sister Brooklyn Jade Davies (Reagyn Larimore).
Viewing was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Blackburn Vernal Mortuary (15 E 100 N, Vernal, UT 84078). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
