It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jennifer Marguerite Rose of Vernal, Utah, born in San Clemente, California, who passed away on March 9, 2024, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Kathryn Marie Brown (Hannis); and her sister Elizabeth Anne Perez. She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Paul Rose; her sons, Jason Virgil Fisser, Nikolas Wayne Fisser and Brian Robert Fisser; her father Robert Lafayette Brown III; and her sisters, Laura Marie Marley, Virginia Pauline Brown and Stephanie Faye Negrete. She is also survived by loving grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
