He is survived by: his parents, Troy Perank (Requel) of Maeser and Christalyn Serawop (Ivan Leon); his grandfather Clyde Moore; his sister Aiyana Serawop (Triceson Duncan); his niece Liylena Duncan; and his grandmother Orlanna. He is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts, uncles.
A wake will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Orlanna Taveapont's Home (410 7250 E, Fort Duchesne, UT 84026). A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Ft. Duchesne Community Building (860 Small Loop Rd, Fort Duchesne, UT 84026). A burial will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at the Fort Duchesne Cemetery (6766 U. S. Hwy 40, Randlett, UT 84026).
