She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Putnam "Mike" Ruppe and Reva Marie Simmons Ruppe; and her husband Fran. She is survived by: her siblings, Shirley Oldaker (Vernal) and Jack Ruppe (Vernal); her parents-in-law, Marvin and Mary Peterson; her siblings, Larry Ruppe, Clyde Ruppe and Janet Clark; her siblings-in-law, Alice Ruppe, Reita Ruppe, Marba Ainge, Stanley F Peterson, Grant Ainge, Carl Oldaker and Alan Clark; her son-in-law Tim Webster; her nieces and nephews, Brenda Sederberg, Tralynn Migliori, Susan Crook, Cal Ruppe, Norman Ruppe and Ronald Grant Ainge; and also, Lory Edrington (Kennie), Jensen, Eugene Woody (Buffy), Ann Crow (Tim), Stan Peterson (Debbie), Chris Webster of Rangely, CO, Cindy Peterson, Wilbert Woody (Amy), Mikell Peterson (Misty) of Craig, CO, Marv Peterson (Liz) and Francene Deegan (Richard). She is also survived by 30 grandchildren, 66 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
